These are 3D-printed DIY PS4-PS5 Spider-Man masks available with or without the symbiote attachments. The mask is textured so no fabric is needed and the lenses are already see-through so nothing else needs to be purchased other than magnets for this to be wearable.
These masks come in multiple pieces that are to be either glued or held together with magnets.
