This is a fully wearable Halo: Reach Marine helmet kit.
The kit comes in multiple pieces that snap or fit together and just need to be glued. For the interior cheek parts, I'd suggest adding Velcro or elastic so they can be moved when putting the helmet on.
Base helmet is scaled for up to a 24" head and comes in whatever color of filament is available (usually black).
